Let me tell you a little bit about me. My name is Kazuki Iida. I’m a content creator.

I was born and raised in Japan. September 2014, right before my 23rd birthday, I flew to New York City. I spent 2 years in NYC as a student. The experience in NYC widened my mindset and added a flavor of diversity. People I met inspired me a lot. They do what they truly like and they seemed to be happy. I wanted to be like them. I always wanted to express my thoughts, opinions and do whatever the fuck I wanna do. But I just didn’t know how. I didn’t even know what I was passionate about. You understand what I’ve been through. Right? Came back to Japan in 2016, got a job, left the company, got the second job and left the company. I did this almost in a year. I figured that was a waste of time. I don’t wanna do something I don’t like just to pay my bills. And most importantly, I didn’t like to be hired.

So here I go. January 2018, becoming a freelancer was the choice I made. I write articles and do some translation. I spent a lot of time watching YouTube videos when I didn’t have things to do. I found Casey Naistat and quickly became his fan. His lifestyle made me wanna start something. Because of his videos, I became more and more interested in filmmaking. As I said, I always wanted to express. I can deliver my thoughts through my videos. I can share my opinions with people. I luckily found my own vehicle to express how I feel. That’s why I make videos. I don’t know if I get bored making videos in the future. But for now, this is what I like to do.
